Nosotros had a wonderful and relaxing holiday every fourth dimension nosotros been here. We have stayed at this property more than a dozen times. The atmosphere was slap-up and the staff were very friendly and e'er willing to aid. A expert selection of day fourth dimension activities and nighttime entertainment for kids and adults. Excellent location and easy to get to Cancun town and other excursions. Lovely and pleasant beach. Hotel is huge, large swimming pools. Had two lovely restaurants with buffet meals plus one a la Carte La Bamba eating house and 3 snack confined. Food was excellent. Even so, there are plenty of activities for both adults and children at the resort so y'all can have an amazing vacation and never even have to leave the resort.We volition definitely come back!

Xtabentun "Groovy Resort - Must Stay Longer!!!" One of the big advantages to Oasis Palm Resort is that it'south located at the very North end of the Hotel Strip - right next to the span to Cancun proper. So you tin easily walk over to town. Be sure to patronize Hortensia's custom tailoring stall on the Island - I got a custom-tailored sorcerer's outfit for my shows with embroidery and bead-work for $60, ordered one day and picked up the next. Also great massages on N Beach from Eujenia and her family unit - very affordable !! Back at the Resort, I especially loved the Marsh Grackles, which I had written well-nigh in my books but never actually seen. Alejandro the Porter was a magnificent helper and friend. We had a nice view of the pirate ship harbor from our window. The only drawback at the Resort was some fairly steep staircases, but hey - I needed the practice. The weather was great and drinks were astonishing. Nutrient was great. The buffets were delicious with many options for whatever kind of diet. At that place is a Sushi retsurant for lunch that served delicious sushi for no added price. One day we ate at Cocoa a seasood grill and the grouper was delicious, the best I take always had. Had two lovely restaurants with cafe meals plus one a la Menu La Bamba restaurant and 3 snack confined. Food was fantabulous. The best blitheness team - Carlos, Allan, Armando, Felipe, Edyth and Alex. Elvis and Luis (waiters) were very helpful. Definitely get back side by side year. "Slap-up staff" My husband and I went here to celebrate our x year ceremony. This was a family resort, but nosotros did not mind that, and still had a slap-up fourth dimension. All of the staff was very helpful and they are fluent in the english language, which I found helpful. The breakfast buffets were excellent, but I found that the dinner buffet could have been a fiddling better. The BBQ pit right of the embankment is great for a quick bite while you are tanning. The drinkable service on the embankment was keen equally well, and the waiter was excellent. One of the restaurants was by resevation but, and you have to go to the concierge desk-bound at 7am the same day to brand the reservation. We missed out on that restaurant, because we did not want to waste time getting on the line once again. Jimmy in the lobby was a great assist as well. "Well-nigh Fun I've Had !" I have been on a couple all inclusive vacations, and this hotel and location was by far the best. The food was delicious (specially the sushi). The lagoon was beautiful and calm compared to the crashing ocean, which was easily accessible past jitney. The room was beautiful and spacious with a balustrade included. A plus to this hotel is that you can access the two sis Haven hotels to eat and beach for free also! Very nice! The Haven Cancun location (sister hotel) is on the sea and a lot bigger with more buffets and more than people to meet! Perfect time! "will recommend to others" This was our start time in cancun.. haven palm was a nice place to stay..we were there for 7 days... the staff was very helpful.. gina who was a customer service representive went out of her way to help us, we had lost our tickets for an outing we had schedule, she called the travel representive, told them in spanish what had happened and we got a copy of the receipt.. the rooms we always clean.. the await staff was outstanding.. i will be recommeding to others to stay here "Oasis PALM -Nifty FAMILY AND COUPLE HOTEL" We have been to the Oasis Palm several times and constitute the rooms fine, the staff corking, and the gran caribe department was fantastic...with its infinity pool and wellness store nearby....The beaches were good and warm and calm....and the whole place was friendly and entertainment was great as well.................As a vegetarian I establish plenty of food to eat and had no issues.... "Swell Place for the price" I read besides many bad reviews earlier we went here merely Im here to say don't mind to them, they must be expecting 5star chefs cooking for them and want silk bed sheets or they are just plain spoiled or on scissure. This resort had two all-inclusive restaurants to choose from both with excellent nutrient selections and each mean solar day for each eating house had a different choice. There were also 2 other restaurants that you had to book and pay for but honestly nosotros didnt become to either i, the all-inclusive restaurants were fine. The room was clean, cool and comfortable, it had ii nice beds, shower, toilet, TV what else does one need to sleep in the rest of the time we were at the beach, we tipped the maid $10 pesos each twenty-four hour period and our room was well taken care of, demand I say more, $i USD a twenty-four hours goes a long way! Who cannot beget a $i 24-hour interval tip? The rest of the time nosotros were non in the room. I read the drinks were watered down really! I judge they didnt discover all the ice that got blended into the drinkable so duh yes they are watered downwardly so just ask the bar tender for mucho alcohol and youll get pissed easily and fast if thats your objective. The entertaiment staff were very hands on; walking effectually the pool area and the beach to run into if there were people interested in doing the daily activities, playing good music, and virtually importantly.. existence very respectful to ther guests. That'southward not all, they were great with everyone. Taking accuse of the kids interested in their amazingly idea out activities such as soccer/futbol, volleyball, treasure hunt, question of the solar day, ping pong cometition ect., information technology also gave the parents time to relax and savor their vacation as well without having their children backside their back all the time asking to go to the pool or going somewhere else other than the embankment. The food at the cafe was very good, simply you dont want to miss out on the other amazing restaurants they have at this resort such at the Mexican restaurant, the "steakhouse", and other astonishing places to enjoy a meal. They as well have a sushi-bar open at lunch for the fish lovers. Plus, at night in that location is e'er something going on, for anybody there are some extraordinary shows at 9:xxx in the Thousand Salon almost every dark and for people over eighteen, the discoteck is open every night. The hotel is very well idea out! For children under 12 years old, there is a kids club that has many fun activities but like the ones organised by the entertainemt staff near the main pool, but a little more toned down, for little children. At the kids club, there are slides, a ping pong table, a puddle and much more! The activities are peachy and keep your younger children entertained. "Cancn, The Best Embankment in the world" Cancn , it is the best beach in the world, because its accept Caribe Ocean, and the localizitoion its very expert, touring points is near of the Hotel. Overall, can't really mutter for price! "Corking Location and Close to everything" We stayed in a i sleeping room unit. Plenty of room. Resort was clean and very pretty. Pools were beautiful and clean. Non many children. Food was above average. Embankment was nice. Location was great, step outside and walk to road, catch passenger vehicle to go anywhere for very little coin. Rooms were clean and furniture and bedding in squeamish condition. Service was amazing and loved the hot tub and restuarant at the beach. Toes in the sand while eating shrimp cocktail was keen ! Alittle expensive, I recommend the all inclusive selection if you are going to drink much. Easy to go out and consume at other restuarants using the bus. Golf nearby. Astonishing view from anywhere on the property.
